Situated in Richmond, 5.9 km from Aberdeen Skytrain Station and 7.8 km from Bridgeport Skytrain Station, Vancouver Shangrila House provides accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden. Beautiful house, huge! Cute room with private bathroom. Many great things to eat at breakfast, very comfortable kitchen and our host was very kind and attentive.

2 km from Blind Bay Sandy Beach, Hannie's Gasthuis is a recently renovated property located in Blind Bay and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Amazing view from the terrace, comfortable and clean room and very nice and welcoming hosts. We enjoyed delicious welcome cheese and wine treats with a view and delicious breakfast in the morning!

Offering garden views, Private Suite w King Bed, Ground Level, Naturally Bright is an accommodation set in Vancouver, 6.8 km from Vancouver Olympic Centre and 6.9 km from Queen Elizabeth Park. The unit is on the ground floor of a house, not a basement which made it an amazing find. The windows face the backyard which made it feel a little extra private and cozy. I loved that the kitchen had everything we needed cuz we prefer to cook our own meals when we travel, so it was important for us. Big and comfortable bed is an extra plus. A nice extra touch were the complementary sweet and savory snacks and bottles water, which was very welcoming after a long trip. The house is in a very lovely neighborhood in Vancouver with public transport availability within walking distance.

Salish B&B and Spa is located in West Kelowna and features a pool with a view and lake views. The bed and breakfast provides a spa experience, with its hot tub, spa facilities and wellness packages. We were two Australian couples travelling through Kelowna with a rental car. Our preference was to be in a quiet area and drive to the sites we wished to visit. Salish B&B is in West Kelowna on a hillside set amongst a few small farmlets and other homes. Our hosts. Alfonso and Michelle were friendly and welcoming and we felt at home instantly. Rooms were well appointed and beds so comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was continental with lots of choices, a cooked breakfast was available at a small additional fee. Seating for breakfast afforded views of the lake. It was a bonus to have a sitting room for reading, relaxing or enjoying the views. Michelle offers beauty services, unfortunatley we did not have time to enjoy them this visit. There are some great vineyards and resturants within 5- 15 minutes drive of the B&B, we will return to Salish if the opportunity arises to visit the area again.

It took us s day to realize there was a „fireplace“ since we were so overwhelmed by the waves crashing on the reef in a distance. Simply a super location + good matraces + spacious and tastefully designed bath + hot tub. Very quiet except for the whistle buoy 😊.
