We happened to be there when they celebrated the first aniversary. Sebastien and Mylene kindly invited all guests to the party. The place is run with love and care, and it's noticable at every step. The hosts have a genuine desire to make you feel good and welcomed. We enjoyed chatting with them and other guests in the morning and got some good tips for Montreal visit. The room was comfy, clean and spacious. The breakfast was nice too. Thanks again for your hospitality and wishing you many more anniversaries!!!

The owners have provided many amenities to make for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are varied and beautifully presented.

We arrived within 15 minutes of booking. Owners made us feel welcome and even on short notice room was exceedingly clean and welcoming. The Hotel includes breakfast but I am gluten free, nut free and shellfish free, since it was a last minute reservation I had zero expectations for the owners to provide any food for me. Of note we don't speak French and they are not fluent in English. That did not stop them from being so kind and going out of their way to communicate with me and try to find things that they could safely prepare for me even though I insisted they did not have to bother. Our breakfast was delicious and safe which is very hard to come by especially at the last minute! I am deeply appreciative of their care and service. The land is beautiful, the house was super cute, with charming touches throughout and the location was very convenient to the city and the border crossing.

Lovely place with a beautiful large garden, a nice comfy room with spotless private bathroom, tasteful filling breakfast with many fresh and homemade products, two lovely fluffy friends (a cat and a dog) and of course the ever hospitable Geraldine as your host. There’s really very little to not like about this place, we had a great time here.
