Birchwood Guest Lodge offers air-conditioned accommodation in Balmaha. Free WiFi and freee parking is available at the property. The rooms gave out a unique atmosphere of coziness. We liked the unique way the beds were turning from sofas to beds, but we would also love it if they were a little wider. The room was spacious enough, and so was the internal private bathroom. The owners seemed friendly and caring.

The Tollhouse was an old building but the amenities were modern and comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate and the loungeroom and bedroom were tastefully decorated and comfortable. Great views around the property too. This was a very comfortable accommodation to come back to after a busy day of exploring Stirling.

Our stay at Tony's place exceeded both of our expectations! The house itself is beautiful and you couldn't meet a nicer guy than Tony. He puts so much effort into making his guests feel at home and relaxed. Thank you so much and we'll hopefully be back again :)!

Set in Stirling, 12 km from Lake of Menteith, Black Bull Gartmore offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. Our most comfy stay during our roadtrip through Scotland. Wish we stayed longer. The hotel is located in a little town in a great hiking area. The room was very spacious and refurbished well with a lovely bathroom. Beds are super comfy, great after a long day of hiking in the area. In the morning we had a nice breakfast to start the day. Also the hostess was super friendly and helpful. She made us feel really welcome.

Great value considering proximity to Lomond.

Situated 10 km from Crianlarich, Innishewan Farmhouse features accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. If you would like to discover the area, hiking is possible in the surroundings. The person who came with me was my adult son. The breakfast was excellent. Given that our main aim was to climb Ben More (Crianlarich) which is a challenging mountain, we appreciated the excellent meal.
