The room was huge and modern, for sure a good value for money... If you are thinking of spending a couple of days in Edinburgh I recommend taking this guest house into consideration, even though it is not in the heart of the town by bus you can get to the city center in 30 minutes (there are night buses as well) and at least you can enjoy a nice and comfy room

The guest house features certain units with sea views, and all units include a private bathroom. Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

Fantastic location, close enough to Edinburgh centre for shopping/entertainment but far enough to be lovely and quiet overnight. Could not rate this guesthouse and it's host highly enough and we are so sad to be leaving so soon.
