    The breakfast was great! I think the indifference of checking in is because of reserving with booking.com. The welcome just isn’t the same and the atmosphere aesthetically isn’t the same. Also, there is a difference in the how the rooms, they make available to you booking agencies, are presented. The connection just is not the same. I much prefer to reserve through Best Western even though it costs more.

    This was my second time staying at Best Western and both times my expectations were met cleanliness,bed was super comfortable the staff very perfectional.

    Exceeded my expectations. Needed a room last minute and honestly haven't had very good experiences with the economy chains. This Best Western was a pleasant surprise. Very clean, super sweet and professional staff. Surrounded by every amenity you could need. Would definitely stay here again!

    The refurbished Best Western was a pleasant surprise. Very nicely done, comfortable, super clean and friendly, helpful staff. Our only complaint would be the noise of other occupants in the middle of the night. It seems to be a popular place with young men ‘on the town’ although once they left it was reasonably quiet given the close proximity of the highway. Would prefer to request a room on the other side of the building if we came again.

    The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. And the breakfast was delicious!! Most hotels have stopped having a full meal but Best Westerns was awesome!!

    It was no frills stay and bathroom/tub could have been functioning better...stopper would not stay down so could only shower, but we had all we needed for the 1 night short stay, just would have expected it was more like a Motel 6 room versus a Best Western.
