The location was alright. Next to old town St. George. The breakfast was great. The service was good. We especially appreciated the 5-7 pm Wind Down Hours service with the salad bar and drinks complimentary with the hotel stay! I think we learned to always stay at a Best Western Plus as opposed to just a Best Western. The space in the room was also nice.

Breakfast was lacking hot food up to best western standards. But there were other choices so if you went away hungry it was your own fault.

We made a reservation for a pet friendly handicap room with walk in shower. Reservation was confirmed. We did not have a handicap room. No grab bars, regular tub. My husband was too tired to change hotels. He was not able to shower or get up from the toilet. Offered breakfast was down a flight of stairs. We will not stay in a Best Western again.

This Best Western was handy off the Interstate, very clean, super quiet at night, and had delightful staff.

Entire facility was very clean. All staff was super friendly. I liked that each room had its own entrance. The decor was nice and felt homey. Breakfast was great. Location was about an hour from Zion. We even enjoyed root beer floats provided in the lobby (free if you are a Best Western loyalty member). Nice restaurants a few blocks away. Perfect stay - highly recommend!!

Room was comfortable, as always with Best Western in my experience. Staff were very accommodating - allowing me to check-in an hour early and check out an hour late. And I LOVE that the dining room is back to being open again with a hot breakfast rather than a paper sack takeaway meal. As a huge waffle fan, I was every happy! Pool was open, but I didn't go swimming. Overall - nothing to complain about. I will definitely stay at this location again.
