We did not have a handicap room. No grab bars, regular tub. My husband was too tired to change hotels. He was not able to shower or get up from the toilet. I liked that each room had its own entrance. The decor was nice and felt homey. Breakfast was great. Location was about an hour from Zion. We even enjoyed root beer floats provided in the lobby (free if you are a Best Western loyalty member). Nice restaurants a few blocks away. Perfect stay - highly recommend!!ConnieYoung couple

Staff were very accommodating - allowing me to check-in an hour early and check out an hour late. And I LOVE that the dining room is back to being open again with a hot breakfast rather than a paper sack takeaway meal. As a huge waffle fan, I was every happy! Pool was open, but I didn't go swimming. Overall - nothing to complain about. I will definitely stay at this location again.
