Everything! Wonderful experience. Staff was exceptional professional, impeccable customer service from the receptionist(Katelyn, the manager, housekeeper, and the additional front desk receptionist that were helpful from the time I checked in, and checked out. Great place! Could not have made a better choice.

Best Western False River Hotel is offering accommodation in New Roads. Room and staff far exceeded what I expected. They were so nice and accommodating even with the hiccup! Manager on duty took care of it right away! Was a little bit of a drive from Baton Rouge but everything was perfect.

This hotel is within 5 minutes’ drive of Louisiana State University. It offers a hot breakfast and rooms with Wi-Fi access. The pricing was the key feature. It is an older motel but with that aside, location was excellent, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable (the pillows were 1/2 sized, but we always bring our own where ever we go), staff was very friendly.
