The property is exceptional. Valentina and Lorenzo had thought of everything. Every room was clean and spacious and perfect for our large group. There were plenty of amenities available although we didn’t take advantage of a lot of these (billiards, table tennis) due to spending most of our time by the pool. Pool is immaculate with lots of space for lounging around. Views and location are brilliant. Ability to walk to Monte san savino was great and supermarkets are not far by car. Cooking facilities were excellent, we had a wonderful barbecue one night and wood fired pizzas another night. Our hosts also helped organise a chef and sommelier to come and cook for us one night. Huge thanks to Chef Leonardo for an amazing meal, this was a real highlight of the trip. Large washing machine and plenty of drying racks also very helpful especially when travelling with two small children. Can’t speak highly enough of the house and our hosts. They were always available to help should we need it and really had thought of everything. I really can’t stress how wonderful our stay was and I’ll certainly be trying to get back there as soon as I can.

The place was beautiful and cozy with an amazing garden and view. The house was spacious for our family of three and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and there is an AC even though we didn't need it as the house was quite cool in June. Parking was gated and right next to the house. The pool was superb and clean with sun loungers and we had it to ourselves the whole time (we stayed for 5 days). The hosts were super friendly, welcoming and discreet, communication was smooth, check-in easy. The beautiful towns of Monte San Savino and Lucignano were a short drive away, just 5 and 15 mins (super gelato shops and gorgeous tiny streets, worth visiting!).

Wow what a great find. We loved this place and the owners made us so welcome. It is peaceful quiet great views loads of indoor and outdoor space. Fabulous pool. Only a few minutes from restaurants and shops in the car.

The room was clean and as beautiful as in the pictures. Town Monte San Savino is stuning - a hidden gem with amazing food in the local restaurant. This village is as beautifull as many famous neighbouring Tuscan towns, but without the busy tourists. From the village it is only a short car ride Siena, Florence and other well known Tuscab beauties. Also nice that parking is available.

Such a unique property to stay in that takes you back in time. It was so interesting hearing how the village was restored over time by one family. The breakfast and dinners we had were wonderful and authentic. We really enjoyed walking around and exploring the property. It was a perfect location for exploring other areas in the region. We visited a wonderful winery Felsina, and a tour of the beautiful La Foce gardens. I would recommend both.

The owners are very helpful and Grandma/Nonna living next door is just wonderful. She brought us fresh vegetables from her garden, helped us bringing fresh towels etc. we also got very good recommendations for places to eat, help with booking table at local restaurant. So this place for sure gets a strong recommendation from us.
