Room was ready at 10.30 am when we arrived in Pise, a large room for my partner and I. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, staff asked if we wanted eggs in addition to the buffet(omelette, scrambled etc..). During the day, you can go to the main living room to grab a snack and make a coffee or have a glass of water (still or fizzy). You can also relax or read a book in some super comfy armchair. Please notice that in the shower within our room, water came from a head built into the ceiling. We didn't mind, but maybe some people would. There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom. The area is really calm and at 20min from the train station and the pise tower. There is one supermarket at less than 5min, and another one at 5min in Via Guglielmo Oberdan (a central street). Would recommend 100%!

Clean, comfortable, quiet. It's a five-minute walk to the airport and maybe 15 to the train station. Perfect for a stay before/after a flight. The mosquito nets on the window were also a welcome addition after being eaten alive for two weeks straight. And the restaurant across the street is great if you'd like a change from pizza/pasta. Would happily stay again.

Very clean and newly renovated, amazing value for money! The breakfast was served to your room which I haven’t experienced at a hotel before, but I really liked it! More hotels should offer that! Also, both the center train station and Pisa airport are a 10 min walk from the hotel. The leaning tower of Pisa is about a 35 min walk away.

In advance of our trip the communication with our host, Michele was excellent. He met us at the airport and wheeled our 20kg bag to the accommodation! The location was so convenient, halfway between the airport and Pisa Centrale train station. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Having breakfast included was a nice extra.
