A perfect spot as you can easily bus or train to Rome and it is a short bus ride up the hill to Tivoli. Easy parking and straightforward to find. Stefano was a superb host. He was friendly and welcoming and contacted us during our stay to check we were all OK. The unit is private and set up beautifully. We highly recommend staying at Cozy House!

Alessio guided us on the phone in to Tivoli (we were a bit lost) with great patience and met us in the car park. He helped with our baggage and showed us round the property. Later in the stay he provided us with addresses for shops, and offered to help with a problem with our hired car. The property was comfortable, spacious and tastefully furnished, right at the heart of Tivoli's historic centre. We were very well looked after.

It's quaint and characteristic. The host was gracious. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has everything you need. It was tricky to find, the host needed to meet us. You must park off site. The town is very cute.

Very charming. Host was most helpful in trying to locate the windbreaker I lost at Hadrian's Villa. Love the location in the Old Town part of Tivoli. Be sure to have dinner at Li Somari. Excellent food with creativity and perfect execution.

Very cosy and comfortable apartment. The hosts are really trying to make your stay easy and relaxing. It was very clean and quiet. Delicious sweeties, water and milk in the fridge. Mariano made a reservation for us in a very good fish restaurant in Tivoli.

Pěkný byt v historickém centru města Tivoli. Hostitel trpělivě očekával na náš příjezd. Všude bylo čisto a vybavení bylo bez chyby. Ze střešní terasy je pěkný výhled na okolí. Časté spojení vlakem i autobusem do Říma.
