Communal kitchen is available. The 7-11 and a bakery are very close. Other restaurants are a 20 minute walk. Owner was very nice!

Once inside the home we saw that it was very spacious and clean and had more than enough space to fit our family of 8. Rooms were comfy and the place had 5 toilets and 5 showers.
