The location felt very safe, close to all amenities and bacalar centre, close to the lagoon and amazing spots to swim, close to cenotes and the hotel room and pool was much better than in the pictures. Amazing food for breakfast which was included in our stay, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for making our stay in Bacalar so magic! If we ever come back, we hope to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Lovely, beautifully decorated property in a great location close to many restaurants and the beach, although not directly on the beach. Small pool in the center right next to small breakfast bar. The staff was wonderful and the included breakfast each day was amazing. Lovely outdoor beds on two upper decks.

Super nice! All super clean and hosts are very welcoming. I really liked it. Unfortunately, there was a big storm and flood when I was there, but the hosts made us feel safe.
