Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is within 300 metres of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and less than 1 km of Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff was extremely warm and helpful. The location is great, right in the old town next to restaurants and cafes. They helped me get a taxi to the airport at 6am in the morning. My room didn't have a window but it was quite big and the bed was comfortable so having no window wasn't a problem

Room was super value. The hotel upgraded me which was a great surprise as well. Location is near many eating places. Location is quieter and less crowded than Old Quarter. Decor was nice and room was clean as well. Staff were very polite.
