Great view to the sea, but if you choose this and would like to keep your windows open be prepared to listen to the music from the restaurant downstairs (it stops at a reasonable hour though). I would say this is a very good choice for short stays (no storage at all if you are staying longer), the location is amazing – the beach is only a few steps away.

The view from the balcony was superb and there is a sandy beach right by the accommodation. Also handy to be so close to the airport - 6 minutes by car!

We received the key box code and the address early, so we didn't have to worry and could plan everything. The place itself was well-equipped with everything you could wish for. It was very clean, tidy, perfectly located, and a small convenience store was within a minute's walk. The Art Penthouse was flooded with light, had a comfortable bed and sofa, two balconies, a real loft for an unbeatable price!

We were very satisfied during our stay, although we were mostly sleeping in there and doing a lot of sightseeing. It's around 20 min walking distance to the centre of Burgas and 25 mins to the beach and bus station. I strongly recommend this place. The owner of the place was waiting for us during when we arrived. The communications via Booking chat was fast and fluent.

Very nice decor and so very clean. Having a lovely restaurant within the building was a nice surprise, the food was delicious. Breakfast was great too, plenty of choice available.
