The location was excellent and building was sparkling clean and comfy. We fell in love with this place immediately. Kitchen was perfectly equipped with even the basics such as salt, pepper, oil and sugar. There was not too many neighbours and area was calm and quiet at night. There was even an opportunity to do a proper barbecue by our own terrasse. Our dog was also welcome to stay. :) Thank you! Will definitely stay again.

Very spacious comfortable bungalows. 6 beds in one bungalow, which made it very comfortable to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children. All facilities clean and well equipped, including shared kitchen where you can easily prepare a whole dinner for the family, including big seating area to eat the dinner. Beautiful white sand beach in a short walking distance, amazing sunset swimming / views. Comfortable beds, including soft pillows and blankets. Very nice host, perfect English.

This is such a perfect place for weekend getaway. A place to spend some alone time or time with your person. That day was a snow blizzard, so everything was pure white. You can just sit and for hours watch through the big windows on the snowy landscape with a lake. Everything was simple and cosy, with heater, extra blankets, mini kitchen with all main things that are needed. And the owner was sweet and helpful. Come here and choose the cabin to relax and get away for the everyday's fuss.

Everything was just perfect. Every single detail is elaborated. The stay was very comfortable. The surrounding is very quite, you ate surrounded only by nature. The lake view is amazing.

The location of the hostel is a bit away from the city centre, but it is perfect for quiet stay. As well as location right next to the river with its recreation possibilities- there are available sup boards, boats and sauna to rent. Very friendly and helpful owners.

The territory is well kept, the house - clean, the host has provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also, the host takes care by coming by and making sure that everything is just fine.

Wonderful children's playground. Parents could relax, bake meat and enjoy the great surroundings. Beautifully furnished, paved path, lighthouse, sauna on the hillside. The kitchen was great.

Kempings Saulesmājas offers accommodation in Kolka. All units feature a sea-view. Cape Kolka is located within a 2 minute walk. Bed linen is included. All units feature a private entrance. Staying here was magical! Lying in bed overlooking the Baltic was so relaxing. I took a long walk on the beach and only saw 2 other people the whole time. It was absolutely perfect for relaxing and getting away from the craziness of the big cities. Absolutely worth the several hour drive from Riga. The night sky was one of the top 2 night skies I have ever seen, being able to see every star in the sky and the Milky Way streaking across the heavens. It was an absolute highlight of my Latvia & Estonia trip. Bed was comfortable and the cabin was clean and had cute decor and even some cute battery powered string lights.
