Excellent Clean Motel. Very quiet at Night facilities were 1st class. A close 6min Drive to The Seaford Beach Cafe to enjoy a great breakfast while watching the waves roll in very relaxing.
Also situated close to the East Link Freeway which can join you up to Major Suburbs for Shopping such as Ringwood or a 20 min drive straight thru to Melbourne City.
And if you like your horse racing & the timing is right a short drive to Cranbourne Race Track which is why we visited.

The only good thing was that the unit was clean. The nights we stayed we were subjected to noise fighting screaming hours of violence and drug use. It was frightening and I would never recommend this place to anyone else, nor would we ever stay there again.

I would have used the pool but was not available first 2 days but also felt it too cold to go swimming for me.
Bus out front door. Used uber sometimes as bus started too late to get me in time to where I needed to go on Sunday and public holiday.
Would have been better experience for me if I had hired a car - then things would feel a lot closer.

I have stayed a few times over the past years, this time my comfort and sleep was disturbed, poor hard mattress, and no neck, head support from the pillows to low in thickness and hard.wondow coverings allow too much light through the caps, curtains do not sit on the walls closely.
Stayed at this location many times. Always my first choice when looking for somewhere to stay while I'm down Carrum Downs way.
Carrum Downs motel is in a very convenient location, minutes away from shops. Rooms are a very good size, I find the beds really comfortable and you get all the necessary items you may need including plates, cutlery, coffee, soaps, etc. The staff are always welcoming and very friendly.
Excellent facilities for the dogs and the cleanest pet friendly accommodation I have stayed in. I forgot some clothes in the wardrobe and the hotel had it sent back to me within a few days. Really great service overall.
Very comfortable, well appointed, good sized room
Friendly staff and the location suited us perfectly as we met friends at the Hotel restaurant for dinner
