Hotels that Guests Love in Castlemaine

    • The lovely couple who owned the bnb were so generous and had great attention to detail. They provided more facilities than any hotel or motel would. Really loved the look and feel of the hotel

    • The cottage itself is quite quaint. Trevor and selvi who run the place are friendly. The old heritage building they have at the front used to be an old hotel in the 1800 hundreds. It has rooms upstairs which are let and the Indian restaurant downstairs. The samosas are nice. The cottage has a deep spa bath but didn't get to use it. The kitchen has most things you need and the old recycled lead light windows are lovely. It is easy walk to Main Street Castlemaine around the corner.

    • Overall it was excellent only a few minor points were needed. The staff were really terrific and the free cups of coffee or tea was great and the the pastry choice each day was the best. The Bed was extremely comfortable. The living quarters were comfortable. It was very good as it was our first B & B. Our breakfasts were good and ample. Cost was very reasonable. We usually stay in 3 to 4 star motels around the world but would have no hesitation in going back again.

    • Quaint little cottage. Nice spa bath, cosy rooms with (essential!) electric blankets. Fresh fruit and juice a nice touch.

    • Beds and seating in lounge very comfortable. Gas heater and split system very efficient. The whole cottage (inside and out) had absolutely everything! Cannot think of anything else that might be needed. It was secure and private with plenty of storage space. Great place for my elderly mother and myself.
