Dranouter isn't much to write home about as a village.
Dranouter isn't much to write home about as a village. If you want to be able to go do a bunch of stuff, this isn't your place. But if you are looking for a quiet getaway for friends, family, or a couple, you really will like it. The village with a couple restaurants was within walking distance, there were grocery stores, very nice restaurants, wineries, and historical sites within a 10 minute drive, too.JanaNetherlands

Large restaurant which provides excellent views over the surrounding countryside and is obviously very popular with walkers and cyclists as the hotel is situated on number of walking/cycling trails. Good well presented food albeit with fairly limited menu. Good choice of beers. Friendly, helpful staff. Large comfortable room with balcony. Ample free parking.

Very nice large room with big comfy bed, pretty wooden bath, fabulous walk-in shower and large private outside terrasse with lots of seating. Excellent breakfast with everything you might want incl. eggs cooked « à la minute » to your taste.

The hotel is a lovely building and our room was very comfortable. The hotel will be even better in the near future when work on a pool in the grounds is completed. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent, as was the inclusive breakfast. Log fire in the restaurant gave a cosy ambiance.

This hotel can cope with single travelers through to large family groups, the staff are wonderfully attentive without being imposing.
