The communication was great, the host was super nice, recommended us a great place for dinner, adviced us on the animal park. The house is wonderful, beautifully renovated, has everything you need and more (especially plenty of games and toys for kids), the garden is magnificent.

The decoration is outstanding. You feel like being on a beautiful yacht or at the sea side. There was a very warm welcome by the host and the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is 100% clean in each corner. The fridge has lot of beverage that you can take without cost. I have visited the three rooms of the hotel and they are all beautiful. This will be a very long lasting souvenir. We will come back there for sure !!!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The manageress is exceptionally friendly. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we didn't have one but dinner was very enjoyable in a very spacious restaurant. The bar is very comfortable seviced by the reception staff. Parking is free and spaces enough. Our room, which was the Junior Suite was very spacious and clean. We were there to visit Pairi Daiza and the hotel is very conveniently situated. All in all a very enjoyable few days.
We had an apartment that was perfect for the end of our move from Belgium. Loved that there was a restaurant on site and that takeaway delivered to the hotel. The staff were amazingly helpful especially in getting us a bill that was exact for my husband’s work to reimburse. It was also fantastic that our small dog was able to stay with us for 15€ a day!
The apartment feature, where you get feel of hotel and also have an apartment with separate room ss self contained suite was quite useful.
Also if you keep your room clean and dont need cleaning for a day, you get pub voucher - though not much money but still good to use it for a drink, juice etc
The hotel facilities are good, and breakfast had a great selection. They organised a room near the lift, as we had requested.
The bar looked good, and the restaurant choices interesting, but unfortunately we arrived too late to try either. Perhaps next time.
Friendly check-in - I got there late - no food sadly as it had finished. But breakfast buffet very good - lots of choice, good quality. Hotel very clean although basic. Would happily stay again.
