Everything was perfect as always. We have stayed at the hotel several times in the summer and we never got bored or disappointed. Our experience was great. Excellent food, entertainments and facilities offered. Staff is polite and professional and always ready to assist.

Wonderful location, right on the beach. Clean, spacious rooms, comfy big bed. Breakfast buffet had everything we needed - variety of pastries, good scrambled eggs, lovely seasonal fruit. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Stayed with a newborn - we were perfectly comfortable, they also had cribs available.

We like it all🥂🥂🥂🙏🎉🥳..we came 4 couples in economy and double rooms, every thing was very good, clean, spacious, comfortable, we loved the SPA facilities, especially the hot jacuzzi outside👌👌👌, big pools, herbal sauna, therapy with little fishes, sea and beach very close We also had 2 birthdays celebration and Irina from reception, was so great, very attended with us, with everything we needed from the bar and we received a birthday cake and champagne as gift, from the hotel...that was top, so nice and we felt special🥳🥳🙏🙏🙏 Gratitude Therma Palace Hotel!!🍀🍀🍀 Good breakfast, good food at dinner...so we're happy with this accommodation and definitely we'll come back🥂 Thank you Therma Palace for the lovely atmosphere!! The city is unkempt, the green areas are abandoned, some look like a jungle, the streets have not been repaired for many years. If the hotel doesn't offer some attractions for the tourists, there are a few things to do in Kranevo.

    Kranevo is the best beach area in my opinion, you can park right down by the beach, which is great if you have mobility issues. Parking is free in town, it is not in surrounding resorts and towns. Water is lovely and beaches well maintained and plenty of restaurants and snack bars in town and on the beach.

    Yes. I like it very much and have stayed at most of the hotels on the beach. I have been going to the beach in Kranevo for 4 years. It's like a village with us, not everything is perfect, but it's quiet. It is not very crowded and I like that the hotels have a private beach. I only ate at the hotels where I stayed. I traveled either on foot or by personal car.

    Perfect beach with large free zone. Beach bar "Casablanca" is offering high quality pizza at a reasonable price: quick & cooperative service. Perfect supermarket "Top market" nor far from the beach: air conditioned, clean, English speaking female manager assisting the large choice, even the employed UA*refugees are nice and polite English speaking young girls. The young boys/BG-cash desk operators are smiling!! The town is easy for orientation and clean as per BG standards. Encourage this Mayor? We are warning abt. false info on the BOOKING.com hosts' presentation as per parking facilities, sea views, minutes walking to the beach, places unfriendly to disabled guests.

    I am writing this review with a smile on my face. I booked the hotel because of the price. The room is absolutely fine (I slept better than in other hotels) I won't comment on the facilities at all, but there is a brand new air conditioning system and the windows have also been replaced. Food. Completely sufficient for us. The food is served buffet style. Completely sufficient for us. The pool is already enough for me. It is about 1.2 km to the sea. For a place to sleep, it is very good for the money, but definitely not for a holiday.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The beach was pristine, and the sunbeds were in excellent condition, the lady bartender made very good cocktails. The food was varied and delicious, with a special mention to the lady preparing omelets - hers were especially tasty. The animation team did a fantastic job keeping both kids and adults entertained throughout our stay.

    Location is quiet and there are plenty sun beds on the beach. Food diversity is little, but tasty. The hotel design is quite nice and common areas look new. Staff was generally very friendly. I really liked that the hotel was not offering cringe evenimg shows so you could enjoy a quiet evening on the terrace. It's a quite good beach weekend gateway hotel.

    This a perfect place for families. You have all the beach attractions in one place. The place it is huge and you can take a walk in the little 'italian' neighborhood. You are very close to the beach and Black Sea. The beach it is huge and has many sun lounges. The hotel has a central theme on every floor.

    A cozy place, everything shiny clean, inside and outside, Excellent value for money. What we liked here the most were the cozy garden, with large tables, and the host, who speak English and make you feel welcome. If coming back in Kranevo, we'll come back to Amirov Garden, no second guess!
