Hotel LP Santa Cruz Good 7.7 the food at the hotel was good. no need to go else where. The hotel key work with the electricity. front dest personal very very friendly and nice.
Hotel Camino Real Very good 8.2 We stayed only one night and it was a pleasant one. The hotel is rather new, with nice architecture and distribution, an impressive pool, with ample and comfortable rooms. We took a room facing the pool as probably others would be more noisy. Staff is attentive. Breakfast of good quality. Good wifi connection in the room. We previously spent two nights at Boutique Hotel Senses, and Camino Real Hotel is much better option (other than location). Located on nice residential area, some 20 minutes away from downtown in taxi, but these are not expensive. The newest mall in Santa Cruz is across the street from the hotel.
Buganvillas Hotel Suites & Spa Good 7.8 Buganvillas Hotel is a beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing place.
Jodanga Backpackers Hostel Very good 8.3 - it is super clean - super friendly staff - good atmosphere
Petit Apart Hotel Pleasant 6.9 The location is really good. There is a lot of business and places to go around. The staff is really polite and helpful. The price is fair, i saw a lot of others places which usually cost the double.
Los Tajibos Hotel Very good 8.4 Very relaxing, staff always friendly and helpful, room was extremely comfortable and clean.
Terrasol Apartamentos Very good 8 What stood out to me the most was the customer service of the hotel even before i got there. 1 month before my vacation the hotel (specifically Danilo) emailed me to verify what exact hour i would be arriving and what day (This was important since i would be arriving at 2am and wanted to make sure the hotel was waiting for me). While there his friendliness and professionalism really made me feel comfortable. He went above and beyond the call to make sure my stay was pleasant. I had a few issues come up during my trip and he took the time to help me resolve them, which I found amazing. One item I would like to point out is I read reviews that the hotel was located in a bad area. This isn't exactly true. The area is normal and expected for a downtown city in Latin America. It looks like you would expect any 3rd world downtown city to look like. Lots of people and shops. What is important to note is that the area is very safe even though on first impression a traveler not accostumed to a downtown in Latin America vs. Say Downtown in Seattle or NY. Yes it is different if this is your first time but it is very safe. I found it much safer than downtown Lima in Peru or downtown San Jose in Costa Rica for comparison purposes. Bolivia is one of the safest places I have ever been and I have been to at least 10 different latin american countries. Just something to know so you can make an educated decision.
Torre Hotel Ejecutivo Good 7.4 good place to stay, would stay again

Casa Kolping
Hotel Tropical Inn Good 7.5
Casa Vida Excellent 8.9 Casa Vida was like a beautiful oasis nestled in between the hustle and bustle of the Santa Cruz area. We both enjoyed the property, the house and the staff. The pool is gorgeous. I would definitely return.
