When I got to the hotel, it was from 4pm until 5pm.
When I got to the hotel, it was from 4pm until 5pm. I received a $ 300 deposit. When I checked out of the hotel at 5 pm, the deposit was not returned to me. And when I called the hotel, they disrespectfully told me that I had to go back to the hotel to receive the deposit! I'm in Toronto now !!!!!! And unfortunately $ 300 has been deducted from my account and no one is responsible. I really complain about this hotel! But unfortunately I do not know what to do. I have trusted Booking and I have been your regular customer and now I expect you to defend me.MoradianCanada
