We enjoyed our 2 day stay in Brockville and found enough to do there. The town is pleasant to explore with some nice shops and restaurants. The museum and railway tunnel are interesting, the river cruise is fun, the scenery beautiful and the waterside location relaxing. Pace of life feels slow and this is reflected in some of the service we experienced in the restaurants. There are opportunities for swimming and boating but we did not try these. We also did not visit the Aquatarium but this looks good especially for children. Overall a really nice place to visit where the locals seem to take a great pride in their town and their history.

I loved walking on the water front, just fantastic views of the St. Lawrence Seaway.
We had a great meal at the pub at Tall Ships Landing.
Loved the 1000 Islands cruise, worth the money paid for 1.5 hours.
I found the city quaint, with its beautiful old historic buildings, squares and churches, a real little jewel.
People were very friendly.
Pay parking available, and free parking for 2 hours also available, so that was great.
Did not like that most of the restaurants closed by 9 or 10 pm, some even by 7 pm.

It is a charming little town with interesting things to view and within a short distance of Seaway towns.
We ate at Chucks, which is within easy walking distance of the Inn. The menu was huge, great service, very reasonable prices, wish the restaurant was closer to where we live!

Brockville is a quaint little town on the St Lawrence River - full of historic architecture and history. It's definitely worth a visit either for a day or for a spot of lunch. Visit the Brockville Tunnel and take a 1000 island cruise, both are highly recommended.
was surprised by how small the hotel was at first. it was more like a motel. once we got into the room we could see that it was clean . didn’t realize there would be only one bed but the king size was just fine. the bed , duvet and pillows were incredibly comfy. the shower was great also. no comparison at all to a much more expensive hotel that we stayed in last time. the English lady who ran the breakfast area was wonderful!
An Absolutely Treasure. Each suite has its own theme from history but offers everything you expect from a modern apartment. I’ve had the pleasure in staying in both the C&C Room (Caesar & Cleopatra) in the main building and the 2 story/ 2 bedroom Carriage House, which also includes 2 fireplaces and honestly I couldn’t recommend this option any higher if you’re looking for a romantic getaway.
Beautiful room, like absolutely stunning. Stayed here for two nights for my wedding - first night with my girls which was perfect. It’s really the most perfect place to get ready as it’s spacious and has everything you’d need. Stayed here the second night with my new husband and it was lovely to come back to after our wedding.
The Boutique Hotel in Brockville was a perfect getaway just off the main road in town, a close walk to the farmers market, and all the great restaurants and shops. The breakfasts were delicious. The room was comfortable and clean, the salt-water pool was delightful, and the hosts were welcoming and friendly.
The house is beautiful and well furnished. The hosts were very welcoming and kind, ready to comply with all our requests. The breakfast on the patio has been a pleasure. Brockville is a nice village, a good starting base for visiting the Thousand Islands area.
I was expecting a mediocre hotel given that it was pet friendly but was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean everything was! the location was convenient to our daughters school(were there to visit here). Close to stores and restaurants as well
Location was perfect to see the quaint town of Brockville. The hotel has charm and character being a restored historic building. Check in and check out procedure was a breeze. Our suite had a simple but satisfactory kitchen setup for extended stays.
we loved the breakfast at this hotel. This hotel had lots of variety and had convenient containers to take the food back to the room where you had to eat. Trish is also very friendly and helpful. This made us feel better about our stay.
The place was amazing, comfortable, and the hosts were amazing and courteous. The breakfast was amazing. So close to amenities and the town of Brockville. Lots to do and enjoy.
The cleanliness & decor of my room ..... the breakfast was good ... location great & I liked the cookies left out one night .....I will highly recommend this hotel to others
Very good access from the main. Neat, clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Excellent value for money. Better than holiday Inn in Toronto that we stayed before this.
