The free breakfast was exceptionally good here. Normally, a free breakfast is continental, with pastries and toast and coffee. This Comfort Inn had bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, English muffins, bagels, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt... the works! Even the coffee was great.

Small town that's fun to visit when the weather is right. We had a rainy day - not much to do indoors, especially last minute. There's a cinema that had 2 movies in the evening, and one bowling alley. We enjoyed the walking trail near the water that brings you to a few local shops (coffee, gift shop, secondhand books, etc.), restaurant Pronto and drove to Charlo for the beach area. Beautiful place.. love the river, did some fishing. Would definitely come back. Next time I would be more vigilant when booking to make sure accommodations are suitable, since it was part of a relaxing vacation I had looked forward to.

Campbellton has seen better days.
Campbellton has seen better days. The mall on the outskirts of town is good and seems much more vibrant than the last time we visited two years ago. The downtown is pretty dismal. Restaurants are in short supply.

Fantastic breakfast and really friendly staff. Host helped us find a ATM to get cash out to pay for the hotel and gave a good recommendation for dinner at a nearby restaurant which was very yummy.
