Sparkling clean, well appointed. Steve is a great guy, had a couple of great conversations with him. I intend to return for a weekend with my wife, perfect place for a weekend getaway. House is almost new, first class I have stayed in many AIRB&B's in the US and have never stayed in one nicer. Highly Recommend.

    We were just traveling through on our way home from a road...

    We were just traveling through on our way home from a road trip but we travel through Napanee often on our way to Ottawa, Montreal or visiting PEC. It's a cute town. There's great coffee at Coffee Cravings and I always visit Starlet - a great little shop. Now we know that the Fox motel is a good little place if we need an overnight or more. Just a little out of town.

    Small town atmosphere.

    Small town atmosphere. Took a taxi to the restaurant & back to motel which was a very reasonable ride. What we liked might not be for other tourist but I recommend Nappanee. They also have a boat tour which Wife & I didn't get too but always another time.

    Napanee is a quaint and quiet town. The scenery is lovely.

    Napanee is a quaint and quiet town. The scenery is lovely. The main street has several artisan shops, bakeries and cafes. The Waterfront Restaurant is a great eatery with attractive landscaping and outdoor sitting. You can relax and cruise the river in a pontoon boat or sit in the park and watch and there is a wonderful playground for children. It's a great experience for all ages

    -Welcoming and friendly owner, even though it was after 22:00 when we arrived -Very clean room and bathroom -Large room with a dresser, a small coffee maker and supplies, nice seating area and flat-screen TV -A good fridge and microwave -A really good air-conditioning/heating unit with adjustable temperature and fan. It was a hot day/night and the A/C worked beautifully -A window that opened -A very comfortable pillow-top bed

    We liked everything from check in to check out. The staff polite, helpful, friendly. The pool, rooms, entire hotel clean The breakfast was mixed hot and cold food lots to offer and was very good. Highly recommend this hotel. The beds where comfortable, lots of pillows and blankets A/C WORKED great. Shower had hot water and nice amount of pressure.

    Breakfast was good. Room was fine (working fridge, lights. Phone didn’t work, panel in bathroom not mounted showing hotel water pipes. Clearly, not enough attention to detail for a room I paid $260 a night for. First floor completely in renovation mode, as was the elevator.
