The staff,esp trainee Claudia was very helpful and courteous. The staff in general, was professional and friendly. The breakfast was great with a very good variety of food. The rooms were very spacious, clean and facilities were very good too. When we arrived it was quite cold, and the heaters in the rooms worked well. Proximity to the trian station was very convenient for us also. Many of the interesting places were located close to the hotel. Overall - a very good first time experience at this hotel. Would certainly use this hotel again for the the overall value for money that it gave all of us.…
