We went there for roasted fresh fish and a walk on the beach—and we did both! It was wonderful just being in nature and enjoying the pristine beaches in Kribi. The waterfall seemed like a spot for those who love the thrills of whitewater rafting, but beware: the emergency response team may not be as fast as in the States in case of an emergency. Kribi was too expensive for what you get.

It is a great getaway destination for those who just like peace, quiet and the sea. There are many wonderful beaches that would suit those who like being with the crowd and those who prefer a more private settings. The cooking is very diverse and tasteful. The host was super helpful and friendly. He gave us tips for places to eat and also was very helpful in arranging a car taxi to pick us up early in the morning. The accommodation is basic but nice, clean and comfortable. In my opinion it is in a perfect location. The beach is super close and is very peaceful.
