It was my second time at Hotel Costa Pacífica. It's super beautiful place, the gardens are spectacular, lovely pool and jacuzzi, there's gym and plenty of activities such as pool, table tennis, beach volleyball area and plenty of chill out areas and hammocks. Each room has a little terrace. Restaurant is great and staff are top class professional and helpful. There's plenty of parking available. The hotel is quiet and good place for relaxing. It's less than 300m from the beach where you can enjoy long walks and spot many macaws. There's few small restaurants in the area in walking distance, and little shop. Quepos is 45 min drive, Uvita 1 hour, San Jose you can get there in under 2 hours.

Location was perfect, loved the beach, the pool and the security of being in a gated community. The apartment featured two full bathrooms which was perfect for two couples. The available beach amenities were a nice touch.

Right on the beach!
Right on the beach! We had lots of fun swimming, great sunrise and sunsets! We like the fact that we were off the beaten path. I don't think we ever saw more than 20-30 people on the beach the entire time we were there. Charlie dont surf, but every morning there were about 5-10 surfers doin what surfers do most were gone by 8am.MichaelUnited States

The restaurant was delicious for all meals and the produce was just so fresh. The hotel backs onto the beach and is filled with wild parrots and even a sloth living in the trees in the garden! The beach it backs onto is an incredible surf break with loads of peaks a point break for long boarders. We had the most amazing stay and felt so at home thanks to the lovely people running it. We will be back as soon as we can.

You are able to walk to restaurants, the market and the beach! Roger is a wonderful host very helpful has great tips on dining, activities and any questions you might have about Esterillos and the surrounding areas. His place is very environmentally friendly he has reused a lot of building materials to create a very artistic space. We will definitely be back!

The best mojito my partner ever had. We only stayed for one night but it was incredible. The women for massages were amazing and sweet. Definitely worth getting a massage and plenty of drinks here. We saw a troop of squirrel monkeys, a coati, Scarlet Macaws and Spiny-tail Iguana will sitting at the hotel. The hotel has an interesting origins as it was made possible by the success of a jigsaw puzzle company during the pandemic.

Also we were upgraded to a better room which was available. The hotel is just a few steps away from Esterillos Beach, so it's a good spot for surfers.
