The room was amazing, with nice big shower and large mirrored bathroom. Mini fridge to keep our milk and stuff nice and fresh. The location is incredible. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were incredibly friendly and informative. Animal park on the doorstep, woodland walks and really beautiful views.

The facilities, staff, service, and food were top notch. They went above and beyond to provide a breakfast for the road even with my 4am check out time. Beckum is a beautiful city.

Very nice hotel with beautiful lake views around, needs to take some time to walk around, amazing stay experience, BTW, there are lake view cabins room there is worth choose.

Breakfast was very extensive. Even some Antipasti was served. Good tea and tasty bread rolls. The beds were very comfortably and our rooms very big. On the other side of the street was a garage for the bikes, so they were save and dry.

Very nice people. It was nice to have a quality restaurant right on the premises, although it was a bit difficult to get a table as they were packed on that Saturday evening. But then again, that's a good sign. On my day of departure, the engine light came on in my car. Not good if you need to drive over 300 km to get home. Frau Witte came to my aid and recommended an excellent local repair shop. They fixed my problem and got me on my way very quickly. I really appreciated the recommendation!

Great staff-very friendly and helpful,very nice dinner in local restaurant on the bottom of the hotel. Only one problem with communication due to staff don't speak English too well, but except that wonderful place. Last breakfast prepared by owner before restaurant open time especially for us, because we have to leave very early. It was delicious!!! Truly recommend local beer-very good! I hope to visit this place in the near future. S.K.

The place is strange because it is inside a casino. Nevertheless, the room was quiet and spotless, and the staff was helpful. The location is also good, because it is close to the central station and from the city center.
