The room was furnished in a wold but really cute way. We loved the window in the ceiling - we could see the stars while lying in bed. The location is also really nice. The gasthof is surrounded by mountain, which makes it really idyllic. We skipped the breakfast, but had dinner at the restaurant, which was delicious and served in a big portion. Staff was helpful.

Excellent service! Reception staff is exceptionally helpful, genuinely friendly. The first night I came late and the girl in the restaurant was very kind to fix a dinner for me, thou the kitchen was almost closed. I have lost a small ring and the girl at the reception was helping me to look for it and found it ( she spoke perfect Spanish too!). The gentleman waiter in the restaurant was very professional, despite me not speaking German he was advising me the best dishes. Food was excellent, so I had lunch and dinner there everyday of my stay.

It was a great option for a stay off the autobahn on my way from Germany to Italy. The hotel is in a small, quiet village and offers a restaurant with a wide selection of local dishes, good portions for a very descent price. The room was large and comfortable with a great balcony. The owners are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Recommended for stop-overs and longer stays when staying in the area.
