Giebelstadt is a small town with a major road going through the middle. There are a number of eating options, and a shop and petrol station on the edge of the town. The town has a nice castle in the middle next to the church. Giebelstadt is a good place to stay for a night on the way to somewhere else.

At the beginning it was kind of weird to us to get to our room crossing thru the bar area and going up 2 flies of stairs on a dark corridor. But in the ended up having a very homey and very clean room! Dinner at their restaurant was excellent and breakfast was amazing!!! It felt like staying at a relative house on a small town farm!
