The staff were all very friendly and spoke english , being an Arsenal fan I was pleasantly surprised to find that my team had stayed at this very hotel.
The breakfeasts were very nice , staff didn’t mind if you came too late as long as you enjoyed yourself. The location was quite interesting being close to adidas HQ , travel links to Nuremberg was quite easy , bus stop located just outside hotel.
We had an excellent experience at this hotel! The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the area. It truly was a pleasant and relaxing experience!
Staff run the apartments from the coffee shop a few metres away, so check in was simple, and if like me you wake up way before the rest of the room you can go and get a nice coffee from the friendly staff. Air con worked well and bed was comfortable. Was a little cheaper than the nearby Novena Hotel and I preferred it here.
Smooth check in, the reception let us to check earlier and adjusting the rooms that we need (had to cancel one last minute and it was FOC). Location wise, it's 30 minutes from the city center but fit what we need. Lots of supermarket around the hotel and some restaurants as well. Breakfast was good and vary.

I like that the parking is absolutely no issue and free, staff was friendly the whole time, it was really a nice stay. The big plus is a refridgerator, most places dont offer this. For me this is the big difference as I am usually bringing food or drinks with me. Its always nicer when their cold
room is lovely, the entire grounds are gorgeous. the hotel also has its own history, it has all the memorabilia of Adidas, as the owner is from the town, they actually have the shoes of some of the footballers. it's big and spacious, and you'll sleep like a baby.
Absolutely lovely hotel. So well appointed. Situated in a beautiful leafy area close to all major attractions. Staff are friendly and very efficient. Loved everything about the facility. It has been a superb holiday.
The staff is polite and friendly. The location is perfect- close to the motorway, there are supermarkets nearby. The bed is comfortable. The parking in front of the hotel is big. The room is spacious is soundproof.
For us the hotel was in an ideal location. At night it was super quiet. For anyone visiting Herzogenaurach it’d be very easy to get around as you are almost right in the centre of town and can walk everywhere.
The things I appreciated the most were the clean apartment, WiFi in all rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, free parking and the fact that the owner was quick to answer questions and to resolve problems.
Staff very friendly and professional. Good cocktails at the bar. Extensive breakfast buffet, even in times of COVID restrictions. Free parking right next to the entrance.
