staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. We arrived not being able to speak German and didn't know our way around. It was after 6pm when we arrived but the staff showed us directly to our accommodation.

The hotel owners were more than helpful with my needs. I highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly, very clean, very nice finishes.
