Malchow is a pretty old German town surrounded by lakes with associated wildlife,walks and water based activities. We took a 5 hour boat trip up through the lakes to Warren which included a 2 hour stop over and it was very relaxing and a lovely way to see the countryside. We were only there for 3 days and so did not have a lot of time for exploring but would definitely return to see more should opportunity arise.
