We really appreciated the staff and their kindness. The location was perfect for us; just a 5 minute walk across the street from the main train station and 7 minutes from all the old town shops/shopping district. We also were given tram/bus passes for free during our visit.

Everything was OK, but nothing really made an impact. The feeling throughout the building was that the minimum was being done to keep the facility up, but little more.
