The staff was very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was great. The elevator was helpful, especially for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Parking was very easy. The restaurant was closed during our stay, but we were able to find many other options nearby.

The hotel was superb. It was a gem find. We couldn't book a room in Koblenz, but we found this hotel on the website. We had the best stay of our European land tour, which included stays at IHG hotels, such as Holiday Inn, Crown Plaza, and Best Western hotels. This place was quiet, serene, and had the best facilities with most modern features. Breaks was exceptional, but the staff was just super friendly. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were surprised and very happy to have found this place.
