Hotels that guests love in Málaga

  • Comfortable rooms, sea-view, delicious breakfast, easy access to airport and Malaga city, whats not to like ? And this year, "discovered" 2 new restaurants in the vicinity, Arroceria Tick-Tack on Rogelio Oliva just north of the hotel - and Chiringuito Mari Gutierrez at the eastern end of the beach.

  • Great location for exploring Malaga, close to the shoppin area and the marina, the beach is also only a 15- 20 min walk away. the hotel had a nice staff, very helpful with planning trips with busses etc. Room were cleaned nicely everyday.

  • The location is great: 2 min. Walk to Malagetta beach, same distance to the Marina (Pier one = avenue for dinner and shopping in the evening), 10 minutes walk to the old town (very nice walk through the park). Bus stop to the airport just a few meters from the hotel (only 3 euros per person). The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff is correct.

  • We stayed in two single rooms. They was pretty large, quite, clean and good in general. The room has large bathroom with shower or bath. Hotel is situated near cathedral and the Alcazaba entrance in walking destination from Malagueta beach, park, port. Not far from airport bus and airport train. 30 min to the railway station by walk. 5 min to Picasso museum. Helpful personnel. Fast WiFi free Internet. Best choice for it's price as for me.

  • Situation near the airport and on the beach. We always stay here when flying in and out of Malaga, good parking, and 5 minutes to the car-hire firm. Breakfast is very good, and the restaurant is light and spacious. Rooms are large and comfortable and the views are wonderful. Malaga is 30 minutes away by bus number 5 from the stop just outside the hotel.

The Colourful Soul of the Costa del Sol

The birthplace of Picasso is as colourful as an artist’s palette, from the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea to the golden sun, which gives 300 days of sunshine per year. When the sun sets, the vibrant nightlife awakens and you’ll find your place amongst the youthful square of the old centre, the trendy bars of La Malagueta or on one of the terraces of Pedregalejo.

There’'s also rich history underneath the sun and fun. Alcazaba is a Moorish castle from the 11th century and just next to it are the remnants of a Roman Theatre. The white stone tower of the Malaga Cathedral rises up in the heart of the city centre, and offers an interesting respite from sun bathing on the magnificent and popular beaches.

A more modern history can be appreciated by visiting the birthplace of Picasso and a museum full of exhibitions by Malaga’s most famous resident. A more relaxed Spanish city than Madrid and Barcelona, Malaga is still the gateway to the Costa del Sol and the busy Malaga Airport is only 10 km from the centre of town.

From budget hostels to 5-star luxury hotels, with Booking.com you’re sure to find the perfect accommodation for your sunny holiday.
