The place was bright and welcoming. Getting the keys was tricky but once figured out, it all made perfect sense. They are doing a good job getting you in. It was safe. The appartment was big enough for all of us and it did not feel crowded at all.
The only downside was that the dishwasher did not work. We washed by hand and with all of us, not really a big deal.
Amazing stay.

One afternoon there was live music in the neighborhood park. Great and friendly event. Great bakery and large grocery store nearby. Easy and close access to busses and rail transportation for trips to downtown and sightseeing attractions.

A very pleasant area to stay, if a little distant from the centre of Paris. To put that in context, we walked to the Place de la Concorde on a number of occasions and each time this took approximately 90 minutes.
Food wise the area is very well served for those who wish to buy their own provisions or eat out. We did a mixture of both.
Access to the centre of Paris by public transport (which I would recommend) was inexpensive with an appropriate train available every 10 - 15 minutes. The station was a 30 second walk from the apartment.

Very nice building and facilities; very friendly staff; quiet neighborhood. Tranquility outside Paris, although only served by a train station right aside. The subway to get to the center of Paris is quite far away.

Terrible terrible service.
Terrible terrible service. The worst place we’ve ever stayed. The receptionist made derogatory comments about my nationality and behaved like a teenager when he had to open the door for us. Just pathetic.

For us, a group of two adults and 5 children, the location and property were excellent. Less than 10 minutes walking to the metro and than another 12 minutes to the heart of Paris. The owners were very helpful and guided us through check-in etc. perfectly. The apartment is located in a safe residential neighborhood and it was nice meeting children playing football in the yard. Maybe it's not for those who like very fancy places, but you will find there all you need and it's all tidy. Suitable for both short and longer stays.
Staff excellent, very helpful and kind, the hotel was spotless, and the rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated.
I loved opening the window and looking out over the area and enjoyed the fresh air.
We also enjoyed having our breakfast, dinner and conversations in the back room area.
We did not have the breakfast, just had our own cereal and yogurt.
Very nice to have a kettle in the room for tea and coffee
1 minute to Bois Columbus train station.
Many grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants within 2 min walk.
Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! Catherine and Jacques are great hosts. They clearly put a lot of thought into the refurbishment of the property. The attention to detail was evident in everything. The hotel was also home to three cute cats, which added to the charm of the place. If you're not a cat person, they won't be a bother to you. But if you are, you will fall in love with Poppie (one of the cats). Everything was done with a personal touch that made our stay feel special, so we can only recommend the hotel!
Although it is in old building, it was the comfiest modern amartment of our trip :)
Bathroom foto should be on booking website, there is nothing to be scared of. Shower is modern and we didn't run out of hot water.
Everyone posts that the block (Asnières) is bad, but we didn't experienced anything around the apartment for which we could say that.
There is a shop really near (ca. 50m)
Great location close to Metro, so speedy access to all of Paris. Also Asnieres-sur-Seine is a nice neighborhood with good services and excellent bakeries. The apartment is perfect for a couple. It's quiet so we slept very well. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare breakfast and for when we ate at home in the evening. Good bathroom, good shower. Easy self check in and check out.
Karen and the team went out of their way to help us get settled and answer any questions about Paris.
The hotel is conveniently placed right next door to a train station as well as McDonald's and other restaurants.
We celebrated a birthday and couldn't have picked a better place to do it. The hotel was clean and fresh. The staff were great. We will definitely visit again!
We loved the moderness of the hotel. The rooms were immaculate and had lovely personal touches to make this a truly unique stay. Jacques and Catherine were both lovely and helped us with deciding on the best routes to the sights and best views in Paris. The hotel is close to the train station into the city centre, and the town has lots of lovely restaurants to try out.
We stayed in a studio, which was a spacious room especially for Paris. Hotel is about a 5min walk from a metro station (Gabriel Peri, line 13) which is about a 20min train ride away to main sights. There were places to eat nearby and a big supermarket. Neighbourhood was quiet. They had a self service laundry you can use through an app. Staff were nice.
The location was great for access to central Paris and an event we were going to in La Defense. The area around the hotel was also nice, with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast arrangements were great, with a lovely little courtyard to eat in. Rooms were comfortable - the triple was perfect for three large ‘kids’
The number one best thing about this hotel is the receptionist mister Alpha. He made our stay feel so good. Helped us find a place where to parc outside, answered our questions as we were kind of lost in Paris. Very kind and available. He's the man right there, needs to be upgraded though. Big up to him and the hotel altogether.
I really recommend this apart-hotel. Good location, close to the metro station. 35 min ride to the city center. Breakfast was nice addition. Apartment was clean and nice. In general, you have everything you need there (however, there was no hairdryer). Quite comfortable for a long stay.
Size of the room, room quality, location if you return by 1 a.m. from the Paris center region, metro station beside the building, supermarket beside the building, airport connectivity through Uber at a low price as the room is outside the city.
Quiet hotel with a nice food and mini kitchen! Easy access to the train station with less than a 2 minute walk. Room came with a hairdryer which Is a bonus. Would strongly recommend for the price as long as your happy to use public transport
Appartament was really nice. It was very bright, clean, had 2 beds (one of them was a couch), cozy.
It was not near the metro, but there were no problems to get there.
