Location is excellent, just across a tram and bus station, and 5 mins walking to the supermarket. Amenities in room are excellent. Staff are very helpful and available at all times. I definately would recommend!

The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and accommodating! They went out of their way to make our involuntary extended stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast buffet was excellent and always clean and orderly.

This was our second visit to the Hotel de l'Europe and we can't say enough about it. If you are looking for modern-day comfort within the confines of what used to be one of Grenoble's oldest and most charming hotels, look no further. This time we were given a top floor room with balcony and a view of the Place de Grenette and the Alps in the distance. We spent the first and last moments of every day admiring the magnificent views on that balcony. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the staff couldn't be more charming and friendly.

Very good restaurant and very friendly waitress and efficient waitress (Silvie ). Room was cozy and location is quiet and away from downtown but only 20 minutes. Bus stop almost at the door of the hotel !

I had the best stay ever and would definitely return on my next trip to Grenoble! The hotel is very centrally located with all the attractions within walking distance. The sound proofing was in my hotel room was amazing too, and the air conditioning was a life saver during the heatwave. The staff, especially Soon, are so warm hearted and kind, making my trip to Grenoble so much more memorable. They were incredibly helpful with arranging taxis (as I don't speak much French) and helping me with directions, so massive thanks to everyone for their help! I highly recommend this hotel!

    Campanile as usual, good parking, good room and facilities. beds were comfortable and clean. breakfast was good. it was difficult to locate unless you approach it from the motorway. we circled it twice before satnav showed us the way. surrounded by restaurants all within walking distance - 3 minutes.

    The room and bed were clean and comfortable there is a swimming pool as well. It is right on the motorway but with the windows closed you don't hear anything and it's only 10 minutes from Grenoble The hotel has a Restaurant which served local cuisine which we thought was ok

    Great hotel, however parking is not secure and we were advised to park our motorcycles around the park out of view. Staff were extremely nice and could not fault the hotel. Location is on the outskirts.

    it was very easy to check in, staff is very friendly, room is clean, location is good just next to highway. nearby the hotel there is an italian pizza restauran, super nice food!

    I was robbed of belongings by the staff. It would have shown on cctv yet the hotel and manager would hand over the footage to myself or the police. Protecting themselves
