very small town that doesn't appear to have any kind of local shop BUT it is a great base for a relaxing trip away from it all. If you plan to see the countryside and do some walking it is perfect. Its also easy to drive to Rouen and the various Normandy tourist attractions from Connelles.RobertNetherlands

The owner manageress is very friendly and speaks perfect English. nothing is too much trouble for her, the dining room is pretty and overlooks the water and the food is delicious. This hotel is quite a find. It takes about 40 minutes to drive to Giverny and this makes a wonderful day out.
