We had a lot of alterations to our taxi bookings which probably drove them mad but they were extremely gracious and took it in their stride! The restaurant was also exceptional and once again the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pierre was also very efficient, pleasant and polite during our pre stay correspondence which added to our expectation of a lovely hotel. The air conditioning was also a delight as it was extremely hot!
