Beautiful family run Chambres et Table d'hôtes, with luscious gardens and a swimming pool. The hosts are super friendly and caring, and they will do anything to make sure you have a great stay. Herman is an amazing chef, cooking with fresh products from the garden. The rooms are very modern, bright and large. The beds have new mattresses and a variety of different pillows for a good night's sleep. The location is quiet and peaceful, very green and close to the charming Palais Ideal in Hauterives.

Dav (David) and Tof (Christophe) were exceptional hosts. They'd asked in advance if I wanted a "table d'hote" (dinner with the hosts) and I said yes. They said it included an aperitif (and I think wine). I was given 3 choices of aperitif, plus all the wine I wanted during dinner (at no extra charge, unlike many places). The meal was superb, loaded with fresh, home-cooked regional specialties. So much food, that even I, who am a big eater and hadn't had a hot meal for several days at that point, couldn't finish. Breakfast was a real breakfast, with eggs and bacon (protein!), not just the typical highly-sugared French continental breakfast of jam and bread. Interesting local architecture in town. Definitely recommend.
