We went there for the "FETE DU CITRON" with the children (8 and 3 yrs old) and it was super. The events were very nice; just a suggestion for the parades: book in advance the seats.
The old city is very nice for walks.
Lots of playgrounds for children .

We loved Menton! It is a great walking town.
We loved Menton! It is a great walking town. Beautiful views, wonderful foods. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed everything. We drove to Italy for lunch. It was so easy to navigate. Drivers are more patient than in the U.S., and it was so nice to drive without stress. The service was great at every restaurant and shop we visited. We had a view of the mediterranian sea from our balcony at the Vacances Blue Royal Westminster. They were great. We want to move to Menton!!

A small quaint town by the sea.
A small quaint town by the sea. It was good that I visited in November end which is probably peak off season. I can imagine that during season it can get quite crowded which will then not be as nice. The weather was excellent. being off season, the majority of the restaurants were closed. The restaurants all seem to be quite pricey though.

Menton is a very charming and beautiful city, very walkable with much to see and do. From museums, shops, restaurants and food emporiums promoting local products. I would recommend it for a visit and it's close proximity to Italy just across the border is also a plus.

Market hall, good food at place aux herbes, reasonable prices, cocteau museum unfortunately closed, Cimetiere de vieux chateau: phantastic sculptures, breathtaking view over Menton. Menton is my favourite city of cote d'azur!
The hotel is located near the Menton Garavan station and near the port. If there is no one at the reception, you do yourself the check in, outside, and you get a code to enter the hotel and the room. My room was with sea view. In the evening you can stay on the balcony and enjoy a beer and the view. The beds could easily fit 3 adults. That is awesome. And the bed is very comfortable. The comunication with the propperty, before I arrived was excellent. They answer immediatelly and rezolve your asking.
Cannot a enough positive things about my stay here. The receptionist was so helpful and accommodating when I was have logistical issues getting to the hotel. The room was clean and as described on the website and the breakfast was great. It’s right next to the beach and in the heart of Menton. I extended my one night stay into two nights because I was enjoying the area and hotel so much. Would definitely recommend!
The stay was absolutely beautiful. It was located in the hills above Menton and had an amazing terrace where we could sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The host was extremely friendly. A little local restaurant was only a couple hundred meters away and we enjoyed one of our best meals there in all of Europe.
I would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay there again.
Perfect location - true waterfront. Walking distance to all attractions in Menton. The room was with a sea view and a balcony! We were initially worried that it could be noisy at night ( busy road just underneath the room and crashing waves), but closing the balcony door was completely cutting of any noise.
Really good breakfest, with a great selection of food.
No problem with parking.
Very clean
But the bed was broken and for €80 euro a night I expected more
Thé fold away bed would be ok for a couple of nights but when you are working 10 hrs a day you need a comfortable bed and this just didn’t cut it
The hotel down the road was only €65
But Very close to the train station so convenient & that’s why it was chosen
Menton is lovely & I wish I’d had more time
The staff at the reception was wonderful, extremely helpful and friendly and took the time to recommend restaurants and bars and show us where they were on the map. The location is also fantastic, as you're walking distance from all the beautiful parts of the centre of Menton. The balcony was also lovely and I appreciate that the hotel allows pets.
Hotel Chambord is a hidden hem right in the heart of Menton. Decided to stay in Menton for the night and it was a delightful experience for late night strolls on the promenade and just a few minures walk right to the beach or casino. Awesome vibe as the hotel sits in the main plaza where the tourism office is located.
Menton is definitely worth a visit and you will not regret choosing this accommodation.
Great new apartment, has everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, lots of space, comfortable bed, plus the air conditioning makes the hot summer evenings in Southern France definitely more enjoyable :)
Everything was perfect! The hotel is very stylish, well decorated, rooms are really big (which is rare thing for France) and the location is perfect - 100m from the beach ⛱️. The rooms looks exactly as on pictures.
Also I liked small garden and lemon tree in the court yard.
Stunning hotel.really grand. Manager was so accommodating. Comfy beds and sexy shower. Place was spotless and great location. Metro straight into Monaco and right on the Rivera. The pool is lovely. Nicest hotel by far in Menton!!!!
Beautiful hotel near the old town of Menton. Very friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast was excellent. Clean and big bathroom. Simply great. I can really recommend the hotel if you intend to stay at the cote d azur
The hotel staff were so helpful and very friendly and approachable. Rooms were very clean. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Menton.
This hotel is located on the promenade in Menton with a choice of sea or mountain views of which either is good. The breakfast is excellent as is the hotel itself with friendly staff.
Make sure that you walk through the garden entrance in front of the hotel as it is lovely, peaceful and guarantees the front rooms of the hotel quiet from traffic and nice views.
Great hotel at a quite location in the center of Menton. Top breakfast, very clean, good wifi connection. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Very friendly personell.
A warm welcome in a beautifully decorated and cosy hotel, close to the sea front in Menton. Always service with a smile with the feeling management really cared.
