The location is ideal for travelling to the south of France or Spain. Convenient for N10. It is also pretty quiet at night. Parking is right outside the room which is more secure. Try out the pizza etc restaurant round the corner, a little pricey but very good.

This is a charming little guest house with 5 rooms that is so cute and comfortable. I highly recommend it. This was our second visit, and we were so pleasantly surprised that we came back again with the whole family. The restaurant was closed for dinner the night we stayed, but that last time we stayed here we had a divine dinner at the restaurant. We happened to be there on an evening when there was an Italian themed party that was happening, and it beautiful and fun to attend.

Beautifully clean and spacious studio apartments with excellent kitchen facilities, seating area and comfortable beds. Great communal area downstairs for cinema, seating & table football. Lovely views from great vantage point high above the city of Angouleme. We loved it! Extremely good value for money!

    Clean comfortable bedroom. Have stayed here several times in different rooms and all individually designed. Very comfy beds. Clean bathroom. Best air conditioning compared to other hotels. Parking outside of room which is a big plus. Lovely setting with lake. Easy access to motorway.

    Very welcoming staff. Excellent location ( near N10) but not noisy. Dog friendly. Had to postpone our stay for a week due to illness but was no problem. Third time at this hotel.
