We booked this hotel because we were stuck at Basel airport due to a car hire issue. I looked up options on booking.com with filters, this place looked very nice, but we didn't realise it also had an excellent restaurant and the friendliest staff. The whole thing made a bad situation into something really delightful and we can't believe our luck.

Great location tram is just few steps if you want to go to Basel.and Saint louis train station. Bus no 1 is also very accessible if you want to go shopping in Germany at Rhein center..Supermarket is just in front of the apartment and kebab restaurant just beside. .Their kitchen has all you need if you wanted to cook..We really enjoyed our stay Betty was so friendly though we only talk by phone.Thank you again. We will come back soon.

Room was ideal for a night stay before our flight from Basel airport, which is just 15 mins bus shuttle ride from the train station, literally around the corner. Local kebab/pizza place was good for take away in the evening, nice coffee shop adjacent for breakfast

I'm not a lover of big cities in any case. This place may be strategically located for the airport, but the area seems very impersonal - all high-rise apartment blocks with no character. I would avoid this area in the future, however. Saint-Louis itself does not have much to offer but the city is only a short distance by bus and tram to nearby Basel (a more expensive place to stay). It is also much closer than Mulhouse to the Basel-Mulhouse airport.

Access to city centre very easy for both car and public transport. A quiet little town just a short walk from the main event -Basel! Watch out for Taxi fares, if possible get a French one, the Swiss ones will double it. better still take the bus really cheap always on time! In short very expensive compared to the UK but well worth going to see.

I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. Very close to the airport. Number 11 bus takes you to saint Louis station for €2.50 and then it's a 1km walk. Tram stop is opposite the property and takes you into Basel within 10mins. The location of this property makes it easy accessible for getting around France, Switzerland and Germany.

Check in was ok, but impossible without internet connection. The location is perfect to visit the area (Alsace and Basel), as there is nothing much to do in Saint Louis.
