Beautiful property! We stayed for 7 nights and booked a suite which was large with a sunroom and terrace. Good breakfast buffet in which we especially enjoyed the home made jams, yoghurt and coffee cake. Plenty of meats, smoked salmon and cheeses as well as eggs etc. Small chocolate croissants and raisin snails and full sized croissants offered as well. Decent tea selection and husband liked the coffee too.
Restaurant was excellent for dinners. We enjoyed 3 dinners and the first 2 we were served by Cecil who suggested the perfect wine pairings. She was a caring server and we appreciated the wine she suggested and the pace of the meals. The 3rd meal, Cecil was on her day off, and we had one of the very young men serve us. He was inexperinced and had body odor as well. That said the food was some of the best that we had on our 3 week trip in France. Highly recommend the restaurant for dinners.
Housekeeping was also great - very clean rooms and aside from A/C (see below) we really enjoyed our room and our stay.

We loved the availability of good restaurants and a large supermarket not far from the town centre. We enjoyed the history of the area (Roman and Art) and the natural features of the surrounding areas of Provence.

We only stayed for 4 nights, it was not enough, wish it could have been a couple of weeks. The area is beautiful and tranquil, felt so relaxed there, yet there is also so much to do. Although only a short stay we took a boat trip in the Carmague (from St Marie sur Mer) stopped at Arles to see the Coliseum, visited Pont Gard, walked on the bridge at Avignon, followed the Van Gogh trail and explored Glanum. On our way back to Nice we stopped at Aix. Good food and wine was always close by and the people we met most friendly. Would love to return one day.

St.Remy is the kind of town that you fall in love with.
St.Remy is the kind of town that you fall in love with. There are so many restaurants to choose from and all of them are really good. The people of St.Remy are friendly and helpful and for the shoppers there is something different for everyone in the beautiful little streets of St.Remy.
The walk-about tour of Vincent van Gogh is lovely to experience.

St Remy is a gorgeous village in Provence, with lots of little lanes to get lost in and plenty of lovely shops and restaurants to visit and keep you entertained. A must on a visit is the free walking tour of the sights that inspired van Gogh which finishes at Saint-Paul Asylum - where he self-admitted himself. It is also a great place from which to explore the surrounding countryside and villages

Market day was fabulous, and restaurants though a couple of restaurants wouldnt allow us to share meals, being older people our appetities are smaller and while if they were full could understand but when restaurant not even half full felt that was being a bit precious. Otherwise people friendly and helpful, our hotel "Melody" were very helpful and welcoming. Loved the small viiages up in the hills we visited
People driving though should be more considerate and stop tail gating please.

We loved St. Remy.
We loved St. Remy. The Wednesday market was our favorite of all the markets we visited in Provence. We enjoyed visiting the asylum Van Gogh lived for a year, we drove to Les Baux, which was an easy drive and distance, and we enjoyed the restaurants.

Wonderful grounds. We were in a small courtyard surrounded by small privacy bushes adjacent to the pool. Flowers were great. The best part is that you are literally across the street from the asylum where Vincent stayed for a year. Just a few more paces is the Roman ruins archeological site for which the Hotel takes its name. The world renown town of St. Remy is just about 10 to 15 minutes north by foot. The rooms were well appointed and bathrooms very sufficient.
The hotel is a hidden gem - a little haven of paradise. Very romantic with a wonderful eclectic design. There is a beautiful walled garden and pool at the back which is a welcome respite from the heat.
Comfortable beds, great air-conditioning, quality linen, towels and soaps make for a luxurious feel.
The icing on the cake are the wonderful and helpful proprietors and a thank you to Leoni who took great care of us.
The staff is very kind and hard working. This is not a luxury hotel, as it has no restaurant, or ice machine. The pool is great, and the grounds very nice. You will have to go into town to eat. The towels are old and thin and could be upgraded. The staff is terrific! Very pretty setting!
This hotel is locate in the city center and very convenient to visit the tour of Van Gogh. My wife and her friends like painting of Van Gogh and they enjoy this trip and staying at this hotel. They upgrade my room which is big and comfortable.
Amazing hotel with a beautiful pool. Rooms were comfortable with nice air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious. The shuttle is available to go into and out of town, which is close enough to walk, but in the heat of summer, a welcomed amenity!
A beautifully renovated estate just outside st. remy. Breakfast and dinner were amazing, the rooms were classic and comfortable. The team running the hotel were extremely friendly, very helpful and pleasant to talk to.
Very beautiful hotel, in a traditional Mas.
Rooms are big, bathtub with view on garden was amazing.
Wonderful swimming pool.
The "Well Being Space" with private sauna and Jacuzzi for free is a must !
We stayed just one night but it was very comfortable. The hotel has spacious rooms with everything you need. The parking and what is the most important that you have the wonderful views from the rooms !
It’s serene location on the outskirts of St. Remy. Fantastic gardens and pools. Great garden restaurant for fabulous breakfasts and dinners. Perfect home base to walk St. Remy and to cycle to Les Baux.
Lovely hotel, away from the busy streets. Nice breakfast. We stayed in the largest apartment with kids ( 2 bedrooms) Loved that we had washing machine, parking on site, 2 separate bedrooms. Great stay
The hotel's common areas such as courtyard, pool, and rooftop were the best part of the hotel. The location was perfect for walking the downtown of Saint-Remy. The staff was polite and accommodating.
I absolutely loved this place! Elegant, with a gorgeous balcony. Comfy beds and a spacious room! Just a walk across the street to old town. My favorite hotel so far on our month long trip.
The hotel was in a great location the bed was comfortable and the pool was a real asset. The afternoon staff were lovely. The breakfast was excellent though not included in the cost.
Very quiet neighborhood. 10min walk to the center of Saint-rémy-de-provence. Facilities were very clean, bed was very comfortable. Nicholas is a great guy and very sympathetic.
Tee liked everything about this hotel! The pool is magnificent, the room was clean and very cozy, the service was impeccable and its location was perfect to explore St. Remy.
Great hotel on outskirts of St-Remy-de-Provence. Easy to find and just a short walk into the town centre. Friendly staff, nice room and secure parking.
