The Fox pub serves excellent food and is right next to the property. In the mornings and evenings we felt safe walking our dog around Darsham. It was a great base for driving to the coast and exploring local towns.

I`ve already done a review but would like to add, the service we got when we reported the light bulb was prompt, no fuss, Also the power switch for the shower was explained straight away and was the the same system as at home only in a slightly different place. The garden was a delight as was the view over the countryside.

Quiet village just off the main A12 although you would not be aware of this. Easy access too many of the well-known places in the area (Southwold, Aldeburgh, Minsmere, Snape Maltings). Very nice evening meal next door at The Fox Inn - recommended.

Lovely room opening out onto a decking area and a private fully enclosed garden perfect for our little dog. The kitchenette was surprising well thought out considering its size and had everything we needed. Comfy bed and lovely clean bathroom - we would have loved to stay longer. Food in the pub was excellent and the staff obviously work well together and seem happy to be part of a great team. Food in pub was exceptional both in quality and value - as was the beer! Great location to explore the Suffolk coast. Quiet and peaceful.
