If you like aeroplanes, then this is the place to be,...
If you like aeroplanes, then this is the place to be, although it can be noisy: RAF Coningsby is an operational military fast jet station. The local pub, Packet Inn, is friendly with good beer and food (Sunday lunch). We stayed at the Stable Annex which was quirky, comfortable and we felt very welcome.SuefreeUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Amazing little hide away , calm, relaxed and peaceful with amazing facilities in the apartment it self ,even why storm Dennis was underway we didn't realise how bad he had been till our journey home . Nicola was fantastic answered all my questions before hand but was still shocked with how amazing the place was and the little added extras just topped it ! Lots to interest you in and around Dogdyke,. The incredible brick built Woodhall Castle and Collegiate Church, the unique 8-sailed windmill and museum at Heckington, the Cranwell Aviation Heritage Museum at North Rauceby, old Boston Stump and even older Lincoln Cathedral, a privately owned Lancaster bomber at East Kirby airfield, picturesque Horncastle and more. And Yes, they grow tulips there in the Spring!

Quality accommodation, set in a Country Inn.
