The description on bookings.com was for half board which meant bed, breakfast and evening meal but the hotel said it only included bed and breakfast and charged us extra for the evening meal so the description on bookings.com website do not accord with the hotelMartinUnited Kingdom

Everyone was so friendly and provided outstanding customer service. The hotel itself is really beautiful and had lovely touches, like the Robert Burns framed poems. The food and cocktails were great too. It was also family friendly with the soft play for toddlers (although we didn’t use this service).

Gorgeous bathroom and we had a lovely view over the mountains. Real fires gave the hotel a lovely welcome as we arrived on a snowy winters night .
