    • Immaculate and very modern clean accommodation with lovely king size bed and beautiful bathroom. 5 minute walk to town centre so central but in a quiet area and not noisy at night at all, with large supermarket across the road. Phil was a marvellous host and very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was great with a huge selection.

    • So friendly, comfortable stay, breakfast 10/10, best shower in cumbria, stones throw from sainsburys and town centre - excellent close to fells

    • We liked the welcoming, friendly and efficient staff. The location was ideal for the things that we wished to see and do in the Lake District. The food was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the Taste of Cumbria buffet.

    • the accommodation was clean, comfortable and value for money.... with the outstanding breakfast, service and kindness shown by the owners it was somewhere I would definitely recommend to friends or family. The large commercial hotels do not provide the personal touch which these small B&B's do... a great little find, one which both my partner and I will revisit when back in Cumbria.
